Durable:
These grease and cut resistant trays hold heavier foods than their paper or foam alternatives, making them ideal for any meal you can put on them. They are microwave and freezer safe and can hold temperatures up to approximately 212 degrees F. Hot food items may cause trays to "sweat" but they hold their strength through to the last bite.

What is Bagasse?
Bagasse is recycled fiber created when sugarcane is squeezed and you are left with fibrous pulp material. This material used to be disposed of by burning which caused air pollution and other hazardous conditions.
