Returns:

Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there and we're here to help!

We can accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. The refund will be sent to the original method of payment, and will be processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once you get your refund notification it can take 2-3 additional business days to appear on your credit card statement.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and product details. Our friendly customer support reps Michelle, Rebecca and Candace are here to help guide you through a smooth return process

Please note that if the return is not due to an error on our side then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To keep it simple we can send you a postage paid return label and just deduct the cost of the label from the total refund.

Incorrect/Damaged Items

We try our best to provide a flawless transaction for each and every order, however mistakes do still happen sometimes. We're all human, and that includes our warehouse staff and shipping providers! If you receive the wrong product, or your order is damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do everything we can to make it right!

  • If you're signing for your order please note any damage or missing product clearly on the delivery receipt before you sign it.
  • Contact us after receiving the package.
  • Keep the damaged packaging and product, we may need photos of the damaged product.

If you get the wrong order or the product is damaged we will pay any return shipping costs and take responsibility for any replacement shipping costs. Please Contact Us with your order number and product details and our friendly customer service team will help you asap!.

Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries

For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned and EnviroTakeout is not at fault, the order may be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product, even if you selected free shipping at checkout.
