Shipping and Returns
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Most orders placed before 12:30 pm EST (9:30 am PST) will ship same day! At this time we only ship within the continental United States, Hawaii & Alaska from this website.
We are offering free shipping on all orders over $119 within the continental United States. Unfortunately, this means that we do not offer free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

When your total order is over 300lbs or 20 cases it can be considered a large order, also known as "LTL". Orders of this size will ship out on a pallet with a freight company. Because of this it can take up to 3-4 business days for large orders to ship (though it's usually about 2 days). If you are placing a large order, but need part of the order immediately please give us a call so we can help set up a split shipment.
We know when you order online sometimes the product isn't what you expected, and needs to be returned. We’re here to help make that process go smoothly! We will accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product.
Once the product arrives back at our warehouse it takes about 3 business days for us to process the refund, then it can take a few more business days to see the refund on your credit card statement.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and product details. We can help create a UPS postage paid return label, or you can ship the product back to us through a carrier of your choice with your own label.

We always do our best to make your transaction with us flawless, but mistakes can still happen sometimes. If any item is incorrect, missing or damaged during shipment, we will do everything in our power to fix it!
- Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact us after receiving the package.
- Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it to help with our claim process.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error. Please Contact Us with your order number and product details and we'll get the ball rolling.
Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries
For any order that returns to our warehouse as refused or undeliverable and EnviroTakeout is not at fault, the order may be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product, even if you selected free shipping.
