Our 32 oz. heavy molded fiber oval bowls are made from quality renewable, 100% reclaimed bagasse (sugarcane) fibers and meet ASTM D6400 and/or D6868 for compostability. All PrimeWare sugarcane products are compostable to help reduce your establishment's environmental footprint. They are FDA approved for food contact and can be used to serve both hot and cold food items. are available but sold separately.

Durable:
These grease and cut resistant bowls hold heavier foods than their paper or foam alternatives, making them ideal for any meal you can put in them. They are both microwave and freezer safe and can hold temperatures up to approximately 212 degrees F.

Bright White:
The processing of the raw sugarcane includes hydrogen whitening. There is no chlorine in our products.

What is Bagasse?
Bagasse is recycled fiber created when sugarcane is squeezed and you are left with fibrous pulp material. This material used to be disposed of by burning which caused air pollution and other hazardous conditions. It is now processed into a usable form that is the reclaimed raw material used for compostable tableware. Learn more
