These 7" PSM Forks are made from quality plant starch material resin which is produced from corn and potato starch. PSM cutlery can be used to serve both hot and cold food items and is water and oil proof to give customers a quality dining experience. FDA approved for food contact, PSM cutlery is not compostable or biodegradable and consists of 80% plant starch materials such as corn, wheat or potato and 20% polypropylene material.
